gwendolyn
E. redfern, the artist, expresses her talents in ceramic pottery, paintings,
and mixed media collages. gwendolyn was born in raleigh, north carolina and
remembers painting as always being a part of her life. amazingly, pottery didn't
become an art form to her until she began working on her bfa in painting at
east carolina university in greenville, north carolina. selecting ceramics classes
only to fill up her schedule, it became another gift of creative expression
for gwendolyn and she graduated from ecu with a bfa in painting and one in ceramics.
